Il ristorante si trova sul retro del più famoso Marmita.

E' completamente all'aperto, molto carino, musica soffusa.
Il personale (tutto) è molto gentile, sono delle persone veramente stupende.
C'è anche il menù in Italiano.
Non si tratta della solita taverna greca, anche se ci sono molti piatti tradizionali. Tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato, nelle cinque volta che ci siamo stati, è stato sempre buonissimo, a partire dalla pizza (e focaccia) che è migliore di tantissime che fanno in Italia.
La fava di Santorini qui è rivisitata con il finocchio marino, che è un'erba con un sapore di limone, buonissima !
Ottima la tartare di branzino, con lo zenzero, leggermente speziata, ma anche i gamberi al vapore (chiamati erroneamente gamberetti) su di una salsina di pomodoro saporitissima.
Come dessert consiglio la pera cotta nel vinsanto con lo yogurt.
Se ci andate, non ordinate la banale insalata greca, ma provate qualche piatto diverso, non vi pentirete.

 

 

We’ve been there and we’ve done that!
After quite a few pizza offers in the centre of Skiathos town, then comes Artesanal! Absolutely adorable place, well designed, small attentions to details which makes your stay there super pleasant.


It’s true, their Greek salad taste and ingredients reminded to the one from Marmita, as well dessert (yoghurt mousse with marmalade) on the house at the end and that little wooden box when they bring you the bill... but who cares if everything we had, tasted really good


If the restaurant owners keep simplicity and good services like the ones they started with, we are sure there is a bright future to this restaurant!

Location carinissima, personale preparato e sorridente, cibo squisito.. che dire? Vacanza a skiathos di 10 giorni e ci siamo andati già due volte, probabilmente ne uscirà fuori una terza.

 

Ogni volta soddisfatti!! La prima volta abbiamo preso due pizze che sembrava di essere a Napoli: alta, morbida, gustosa, impasto fantastico e condimento non ne parliamo proprio...bufala di qualità e pomodoro confit ottimo.


La seconda serata invece: focaccia con prosciutto di parma (vero!!! Così come la bufala), zucchine con mele e parmigiano e capretto al limone con patate. Andate e non vi pentirete..sentirete l Italia davvero molto vicina!!

 

Wir waren am Sonntag mitm Kids dort. Ich wusste nicht dass Kinder so eine Appetit für gesundes Essen haben können. Die Pizza ist ebenso brutal!! Die Leute dort sind so freundlich. Keiner hat sich über meine lebhafte Kinder beschwert! Eher das gegenteil. Der Junge Man (Jannis) am Empfang hat sogar mit denen extra gespielt. Sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen nächstes Jaht sicherlich wieder! Bitte unbedingt die Scampis, rote Beete Salat und die Pizza probieren. Wirklich ausgezeichnet

 

Nous n'avons évidement pas dîner dans tous les restaurants de l'île mais celui-ci nous a enchanté!
L'ensemble des plats étaient délicieux et originaux.
L'accueil est adorable et le conseil sur le vin très bon.
On recommande chaudement.

 

Bästa maten i Skiathos utan tvekan, vilka smaker....
Trevlig personal, perfekt miljö att sitta och äta i, allt är bara perfekt. Ett måste om man ska äta i Skiathos Town. Prova gärna en drink efter maten, ni blir inte besvikna

 

I've eaten here quite a few times during this summer. Reason being? Guaranteed to be highly satisfied and to try everything on the menu! I recommend the beetroot tartar, raw seabass, zucchini with marinaded apple and aged parmazan.

 

The smoked cheese is a must. I had the raddicio pizza as was intrigued with the thought of having red cabbage on a pizza. I have eaten that twice now! Best pizza I've had on the island.

Couldn't fault a thing. Excellent choice of wine.

 

Service outstanding. For an opening summer all the staff should be proud of themselves because together they have truly created a wonderful dinning experience.

 
 
 

 

Probably without doubt one if not the best place to eat in town. Yes the choice is limited however the reason I would suggest is quality and not trying to provide 100 dishes on the menu.

 

The pizzas are the best I have ever eaten and better than in Italy! The Beetroot Carpaccio was stunning both in taste and presentation. The Osso Bucco again stunning... the slow cooked lamb stunning. A little veg or salad on the side would have been nice however...

 

This restaurant deserves its place at the top of the best list restaurant on the island. You have to visit here!! Well done and keep up the high standards as you put other restaurants to shame

  

Επισκέφθηκα το συγκεκριμένο εστιατόριο ένα Σάββατο του Ιουνίου με ένα φιλικό ζευγάρι. Από την πρώτη μας κι όλας επαφή με τα παιδιά που "τρέχουν" το εστιατόριο νιώσαμε μια ιδιαίτερη ζεστασιά που μας προετοίμαζε για ένα ποιοτικό δείπνο. Στην αρχή καθίσαμε στο μπαρ καθώς περιμέναμε να ετοιμαστεί το τραπέζι μας και απολαύσαμε ένα δροσιστικό κοκτέιλ απ τον πλούσιο και ευφάνταστο κατάλογο του. Στο μενού ξεχωρίζουν το εκπληκτικό ταρταρ και ο vegan μουσακάς. Ένας ιδανικός συνδυασμός τοπικής ελληνικής κουζίνας και fusion λεπτομερειών, κρατώντας σαφείς αποστάσεις από έναν κοινό κατάλογο νησιωτικης ταβέρνας, μοιάζουν ικανά να κερδίσουν ακόμα και τον πιο απαιτητικό πελάτη. Η μουσική που συνόδευε το δείπνο μας σε πλήρη αρμονία με την προσεγμένη μινιμαλ διακόσμηση. Αποδείχθηκε μια εξαιρετική επιλογή. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά με την πρώτη ευκαιρία!
